Using the site
You may read, print and share links to any page for your own non-commercial use, and work through the courses as often as you like. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page. Copying whole articles or lessons, republishing them, or scraping the site to build a competing product is not permitted without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it for other readers: no automated requests at a rate that loads the server, no attempts to reach files or programs that are not linked from a page, and no use of the calculators or contact address to send spam. Automated access for search indexing is welcome within the limits set in the site's robots file.
Copyright
The articles, lessons, calculators, design and logo belong to FinPubMax Media LLC. Photographs are used under the Unsplash license and credited to their photographers on the pages where they appear.
No advice and no warranty
The content is general education, as the risk disclaimer sets out. It is provided as it is, without any warranty that it is complete, current or free of errors, and the calculators are provided without any warranty that their output is correct for your purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MoneyTrendReport and its publisher are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make after reading it, including trading losses and failed prop firm evaluations.
Links and third-party services
The ticker tape is provided by a separate service, and some pages point to outside sources such as regulators' websites. Those services have their own terms. How visits are recorded here is covered in the privacy policy.
